Lean Mamma's grew out of my own kitchen floor: five kids, no gym membership, and a stubborn belief that mums deserve to feel strong in their own bodies again.
After my fifth baby I didn't recognise the person in the mirror — not because of a number on a scale, but because I was permanently exhausted, achy and running on cold coffee. Every plan I found assumed I had an hour, a gym and a babysitter. I had none of the three.
So I started experimenting in the small windows I did have: nap time, the ten minutes before the school run, the quiet after bedtime. Short, focused, repeatable sessions targeting one area at a time. Within a couple of months I was stronger than I'd been in years, and friends started asking for the plan.
That plan became the 30-day challenges you'll find here — arms, thighs, abs, glutes and the full-body bundle. Every session is designed to be done in a living room, in whatever you slept in, with a toddler climbing on you if that's the day you're having.
Fifteen honest minutes you actually do will always beat the hour you keep postponing.
No equipment, no childcare, no commute. Roll out a mat in the lounge and press play.
No shame, no crash diets. Strength, energy and feeling like yourself again.
A private community of mums cheering each other on, every single day.
Pick a challenge, give it fifteen minutes a day, and let's see how you feel in a month.
