What we collect

• Account details you provide when signing up: name and email address.
• Purchase records: which programs you bought and when.
• Progress data you choose to enter: completed workout days, measurements, journal entries and progress photos.
• Reminder preferences, if you set up workout reminders.
• Posts and replies you write in the community group.

How we use it

To give you access to what you've purchased, save your progress across devices, send the reminders you asked for, and answer your support messages. We don't sell your data.

Payments

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of the purchase and the receipt link only.

Who can see your data

Your progress, measurements, photos and journal entries are private to your account. Anything you post in the community group is visible to other members with access. Service providers we use to run the app — our hosting and database provider, and Stripe for payments — process data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your app preferences.

Your choices

You can update or delete your progress entries at any time from your dashboard, turn reminders off, and request deletion of your account and data by emailing us. We keep purchase records for as long as required for accounting purposes.
